Your day-to-day:
- Create and design advertisements and marketing campaigns for the company from conception to completion, with little support needed
- Plan and control the company's social media channels, display advertising, email marketing, the company website, and marketing databases
- Develop and monitor campaigns and campaign budgets, providing timely updates to the rest of the team when required
- Grow the company’s digital assets traffic and enable digital growth
- Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising, by creating and maintaining a social media dashboard with KPIs
- Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
- Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency
- Develop a workable and comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels
- Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
- Understands website metrics and best practices
- Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
- Experience in social media marketing and advertising (e.g. Facebook advertising, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google Ads)
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
- Good at problem-solving and communication
- Strong writing skills
- Digital design skills
- Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CMS system
- Desirable: Interest in the proptech sector or similar.
