Andrew McGregor

Andrew McGregor is Head of Capital Markets at Propeterra, and CFO of parent company, APIP. Andrew started his career in 2003 in investment banking at J.P.Morgan in Hong Kong, where he advised companies in the transportation space across Asia on both M&A and corporate finance matters. Transferring to New York with J.P.Morgan, he joined the real estate investment banking team where he was responsible for leading execution and analysis across buy and sell side M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings for clients across the real estate sector. Andrew moved to Shanghai in 2012 and spent time working in real estate private equity before joining APIP in January 2014. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Melbourne, and has also studied mandarin at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
